Translate to English Deutlich vegetabile und etwas erdige Nase mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Noten sowie ganz leicht krautigen Tönen. Schlank und herb im Mund, vegetabile, erdige und altholzige Noten, recht gedeckt und ein wenig antrocknend, passende Säure, nussige Anklänge, ein Hauch Speck im Hintergrund, ganz leicht spröder Abgang.
