Reife, leicht warme Frucht, nussige, gewürzige und hefige Aromen, relativ feines Mousseux, merklicher Gerbstoff-Griff, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, zart süßlicher Schmelz, herbe kreidige und erdige Töne, leicht gedeckt, wieder ein wenig pilzig, guter bis sehr guter, wieder warmer Abgang.
