Pomaceous fruit and a hint of melon on the nose, earthy and light spicy notes, dried herbs. Spicy again on the palate, slightly polished and very slightly sweetish melon fruit and must apples, some tart notes reminiscent of pimento, delicate vegetal notes, integrated acidity, has some substance, light mineral traces, piquant bitter notes on an otherwise attractive finish.
