2017 Soave Superiore DOCG "Il Casale", Veneto, Italy

Astringent, planty and very slightly floral fragrance with discreet yellow-fruity notes and earthy-mineral notes. Ripe, juicy and somewhat melted fruit, fine acidity, vegetal and mineral notes, persistent, somewhat handy, nutty notes in the background, slightly spicy, firm structure, very good, juicy, somewhat melted, but also handy finish, again with clear minerality.
