Translate to English Fester, etwas speckiger Duft nach schwarzen Beeren und ein wenig Kirschen mit Provencekräuternoten und Pfeffer. Reife, klare, fest gewirkte Frucht mit viel Saft und gewisser Wärme, feinsandiges, jugendliches Tannin, Kakaonoten, Kardamom und Pfeffer am Gaumen, nachhaltig, viel Kraft, aber auch gewisser Schliff, etwas Säurebiss, grün-pflanzliche bis kräuterige Nuancen, etwas Salz, ein Hauch Zitruszesten im Hintergrund, grüner Pfeffer, sehr guter, fester, ziemlich saftiger Abgang mit spürbarem, aber integriertem Alkohol und Zug.
