2008 Casorzo DOC, Piedmont, Italy

Clear nose, partly preserved raspberries and some red currants, delicate floral touch and a hint of vanilla. Clear, sweet fruit on the palate, more delicate floral notes, light vegetal traces, very elegant carbon dioxide, fairly persistent, lively style, refreshing, with quite fresh spice on a sweetish and quite juicy finish.
