2007 Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Cerasuolo DOC Solàrea, Abruzzi, Italy

Sour cherries and red currants on the nose, light smoky notes. More cherries on the palate, slightly bitter herbaceous notes and some red currants, crisp style, integrated acidity, slightly angular, bitter on an otherwise attractive finish.
