Translate to English Herber, etwas pflanzlicher und an getrockneten Thymian erinnernder Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen, vegetabilen und floralen Noten. Eher schlanke, wieder herbe Frucht, deutlich pflanzliche und ganz leicht krautige Noten, recht lebendige Säure, noch ein wenig deckender Gerbstoff, erdige und salzige Noten, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, mineralische Spuren im Hintergrund, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang mit Biss.
