Translate to English Kühle und herbe, pflanzliche Nase mit verhaltenen, hellen gelbfruchtigen Noten, floralen Spuren und etwas Mineralik. Herbe, zurückhaltende Frucht mit hefigen und leicht nussigen Anklängen, sehr feine Säure, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, recht fester Bau, zart tabakig und gewürzig im Hintergrund, angedeutet Speck, noch eher jung, hat Griff, angedeutete Tiefe, feste, erdige Mineralik, sehr guter Abgang.
