Cool nose with pomaceous fruit and elderberries, delicate tart herbaceous notes and mineral traces. Clear and elegantly juicy on the palate, herbs and spices, pomaceous fruit and some elderberries, fairly creamy, very elegant acidity, mineral traces, well balanced, fruity and spicy on the finish.
