Translate to English Leicht offener, nussiger Duft nach teils angetrocknetem Kernobst mit deutlich hefigen Noten und ein wenig gelber Würze. Schlanke, etwas saftige, wieder gelb.gewürzige Frucht mit deutlich hefigen und wieder auch nussigen Aromen, leicht oxidativ, feine Säure und zarte Kohlensäure, mürber Gerbstoff, guter bis sehr guter, herb-saftiger und leicht würziger Abgang mit getrocknet-pflanzlichen und mineralischen Noten.
