Firm, clearly yeasty, nutty and somewhat herbal aroma with yellow fruity and bright floral aromas as well as mineral hints in the background. Also in the mouth quite firmly woven, completely dry fruit, clearly yeasty and also again vegetable, much bacon and salt, nutty and bright mineral tones, lively acidity and relatively present, yet fine tannin, lasting, has bite and grip, quite powerful, very good finish with very slightly noticeable alcohol
