2004 Sicilia IGT Grillo-Chardonnay Ninfea, Sicily, Italy

Apples and dried citrus fruit on the nose, light herbaceous notes and spicy oak, light mineral notes. Delicately juicy in the mouth with a light touch of caramel, noticeable but well integrated oak, elegant acidity, light roasted notes on the palate, more spicy and herbaceous notes, creamy, sweetish caramel as well as herbs and spices on the finish.
