Translate to English Recht tiefer und komplexer, deutlich hefiger, nussiger, auch pilziger und etwas an Eiweiß erinnernder Duft mit gelbfruchtigen und getrocknet-floralen Anklängen, etwas Brioche, Kräutern und einem Hauch Speck. Fest und griffig im Mund, nicht restlos trockene Frucht aber auch viel herbe hefige, pflanzliche und erdige bis kreidig-mineralische Töne, feines Mousseux, nachhaltig, deutlich nussig am Gaumen, etwas heller Tabak im Hintergrund, speckige Nuancen, hat Biss, sehr guter, recht straffer und komplexer Abgang.
