2007 P.G.I. Florinas trocken ALPHA ESTATE/KTHMA ΑΛΦΑ, Macedonia / Μακεδονία, Greece

Translate to English Herber, etwas erdiger und getrocknet-pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger Duft nach überwiegend dunklen Beeren und etwas geschmortem Fleisch mit pfeffrigen und erdigen Noten. Dunkle, herb-saftige Frucht im Mund, getrocknet-pflanzlich, erdig, etwas tabakig und fleischig, leicht rauchiges Holz, gewisser Säurebiss und ein wenig trocknendes, sandiges Tannin, nachhaltig am Gaumen, aschige Spuren, etwas Salz im Hintergrund, hat Kraft, etwas Tiefe, teerige Noten, ein Hauch Bitterschokolade und gebrannte Nüsse, sehr guter Abgang mit herbem Saft und Würze.

Editor note: Fairly concentrated cool berry nose, herbs and spices and medicinal notes, earthy notes. Compact, fairly full-bodied fruit on the palate, slightly creamy, preserved berriey, warm toasted oak, some dark chocolate, spices and medicinal herbs, mineral traces, integrated, delicately furry tannins, powerful, full-bodied style, needs some time to develop, good to very good finish.

Editor note: Very slightly tart black and red berries on the nose, partly dried vegetal notes and tobacco, floral traces. Fairly concentrated and juicy on the palate, ripe fruit, spicy vegetal notes, some oak, medium-fine,slightly sandy and astringent tannins, very full-bodied and creamy, also still lively, vegetal and earthy notes, not particularly deep, more light vegetal notes on a good to very good finish.
