2016 P.G.I. Florinas Xinomavro-Syrah trocken "Axia", Macedonia / Μακεδονία, Greece

Aroma of preserved cherries and mixed berries with dried planty to herbaceous aromas, a little paprika, pepper and blood. Rather dark, slightly acidic, partly preserved fruit, some drying tannin, dried planty notes, a little reminiscent of oregano, also fresh green tones, a hint of pepper, at first a little brittle, but becomes clearly juicier with air. bacony nuances, good to very good finish with slightly noticeable alcohol.
