Dried yellow fruit, dried figs and bruised apples on the nose, yeasty notes and bread. Full-bodied, crisp, dried pomaceous fruit on the palate, dried apples, bread crusts and some yeasty notes, touch of citrus, frothy mousse, has some substance and an own character, attractive to good finish.
