2015 Barolo DOCG Bussia, Piedmont, Italy

Tart, slightly dried floral to tobacco and a touch of bacon, predominantly red berry, with light peppery spice notes. Clear, tart and juicy, firmly structured fruit with some bite, firm, fairly fine tannins, dried herbaceous notes on the palate, good substance and persistence, earthy mineral notes in the background, nutty and tobacco wood notes, more spicy pepper and some bacon, still young, good depth, very good, firm, juicy and herbs spicy finish with a little pepper.

Best to drink: Mitte 2020 bis 2032+. What our ratings mean
