Holzwürzig, pflanzlich und etwas erdig im Mund, feine Säure, gewisser Schmelz, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, bitterlich Würze am Gaumen, zarte Kaffeetöne, ein wenig rustikale Art, guter Abgang.
