2013 Champagne AOC Brut Nature Hommage Parcellaire - Les Vignes Blanches, Champagne, France

Cool, taut, clearly bready-yeast nose with fine, fresh plant aromas, citrus notes, light floral nuances, some apple and clear, chalky minerality. Tight, light and very tart in the mouth, restrained fruit, still very lively, fine mousseux and noticeable acid bite, persistent, in the background a lot of chalky minerality, quite handy, good depth, still hardly developed, gains a little volume with air, very good, bone dry, tight finish with plenty of draught. Needs time.
