Firm nutty nose, delicate yeasty aromas, ripe pomaceous fruit, hint of citrus, moderate oak, elegant light vegetal notes. Ripe, tart, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, light nutty, toasted spicy oak, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins, good persistence and substance, some grip, earthy and mineral notes in the background, medium body, very good finish.
