2016 trocken Fux, Burgenland, Austria

Tart, slightly earthy, dried vegetal and nutty nose, cherries and some black berries, peppery and still yeasty notes. Slender and cool on the palate, tart, delicate fruit, vegetal and earthy notes, fine, youthful, tannins, light yeasty notes, slightly persistent, very slender style, very delicate salty, nutty and spicy traces, slightly persistent, quite good, cool, tart and juicy finish.
