Somewhat open sour cherry scent with planty to herbal and a little peppery notes. Tart fruit in the mouth, quite present, somewhat sandy tannin and some acid bite, slightly herbal and floral in the background, a little mint, hints of cocoa, good, tart, rather cool finish
