Taut, juicy fruit with dried herbal and slightly nutty tones, fine, still rather youthful tannin, persistent, slightly bacony, peppery and floral, some sea buckthorn, soy sauce, persistent, has tension and depth, still young, mineral tones, taut, clear, distinctly juicy finish with dried herbal notes and delicately peppery spice
