2005 Dão DOC, Beiras, Portugal

Medium-intense yeasty nose, apples and honeydew melon, herbaceous and delicate smoky notes as well as mineral traces. Clean and bone-dry, more yeasty, smoky and mineral notes, very elegant acidity, good presence on trhe palate, very harmonious, good finish.
