2006 Côtes du Roussillon AOC Alba, Roussillon, France

Firm nose, slightly oxidative, candied citrus fruit and partly dried pomaceous fruit, mineral notes, light yeasty notes. Full-bodied and quite juicy on the palate, spicy oak, nutty notes, lively acidity, creamy with noticeable alcohol, good persistence, has some depth, very good finish.
