Somewhat smoky, iodine and spicy aroma of partly dried red and a little black berries with tobacco aromas, moderate wood, dried flowers, pepper and earthy notes. Ripe, somewhat warm, yet quite fresh, juicy fruit with slightly toasty and spicy-woody aromas, fine, youthful tannin, some bite, persistent on the palate, lots of power, a hint of dried fruit in the background, hints of apricot, toasty hints, also a little pepper again, ethereal spice, still gaining life and precision with air, very good, firm finish, still drying a bit. Still needs to mature.
