Translate to English Herber, säuerlicher und pflanzlicher Duft nach Sauerkirschen und gemischten Beeren mit erdigen Noten. Eher kühle, recht straffe, wieder ein wenig säuerliche Frucht, pflanzliche, zart nussige und etwas erdige Töne, merklicher Biss, jugendliches, leicht trocknendes Tannin, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ganz leicht bitterschokoladiges Holz, ein Hauch Pfeffer, im Hintergrund auch kräuterige Nuancen, guter bis sehr guter, recht saftiger und etwas würziger Abgang mit merklichem Säurezug und einem Hauch Speck.
