The winery "Arnaldo Caprai Società Agricola" is located in the municipality of Località Torre di Montefalco (Perugia) in the Italian region Umbria
, It was founded in 1971 by Arnaldo Caprai, who also runs the business today. Responsible oenologist is Attilio Pagli. In 2003, a basement built according to the most modern aspects and an enoteca were put into operation. The vineyards cover 136 hectares of vineyards. They are planted with the red varieties Sagrantino (leader), Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Canaiolo Nero and Pinot Nero, and with the white varieties Grechetto di Orvieto, Trebbiano Spoletino, Trebbiano Toscano and Fiano.

, as well as various IGT wines. The flagship of the house is the 24 months matured in new oak barrels "25 Anni Montefalco Sagrantino". Other premium wines are the IGT white wine "Cuvée Secrète Umbria Bianco" (6 months in oak barrels) and "Montefalco Rosso Riserva" (20 months in oak barrels). Every year, 750,000 bottles of wine are produced, of which about one third are exported to 40 countries worldwide. The winery is a member of Consorzio Tutela Vini Montefalco, Strada del Sagrantino and Grandi Cru di Montefalco.
