Klare, herbe Frucht, deutlich hefig, nussig und wieder auch angetrocknet-pflanzlich, pilzige Nuancen am Gaumen, relativ feine Perlage, erdige Töne, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, rauchig-speckige Nuancen, hat Griff, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter, herber Abgang.
