Cool nose with partly dried red berries and plums, dried flowers and leaves, prominent mineral notes, light spicy oak. Very firm on the palate, still closed and slightly austere, some spicy oak, fairly prominent, fine but also slightly rough tannins, tart spicy notes, good persistence and depth, still quite austere, very good finish.

Best to drink: 2012-2022+. What our ratings mean
