Tart fruit on the palate, light spicy oak, sugar candy and caramel, some toasted notes, earthy notes and undergrowth, medium-fine, slightly astringent tannins, good persistence, very full-bodied, slightly noticeable alcohol, becomes mush more polished with aeration, fairly prominent mineral notes, hint of soy sauce on a very good finish.
