Fairly mature nose, light nutty notes, partly dried lemons and apples, hint of hay. Quite soft on the palate, full-bodied and creamy, but also has tart, stony and chalky mineral notes, elegant acidity, light acid bite, good persistence, floral nuances, bone dry, creamy, noticeable alcohol, tart spicy notes on the finish. Will probably not last as long as originally expected.

Editor note: Apples and light citrus notes on the nose, light herbaceous notes and some hay. Quite complex on the palate, cool, slightly rustic style, partly preserved must apple fruit, must pears, preserved tomatoes and herbs, also earthy and mineral notes, integrated acidity, full-bodied and has some substance, good finish.
