2015 Dolcetto d'Alba DOC S. Rocco, Piedmont, Italy

Translate to English Kühler, feinkräuteriger Kirschduft mit roten und dunklen Beeren, insbesondere Brombeeren, sowie hell-tabakigen, getrocknet-fleischigen und holzwürzigen Nuancen. Relativ herbe, leicht bitterliche und ziemlich saftige Frucht im Mund, geröstet-nussige, schwarz-pfeffrige und leicht speckige Aromen, moderate, zedrige Holzwürze, originäres, festes Tannin, noch sehr jung, im Hintergrund Mineralik, wirkt erstaunlich kühl und fein für den hohen Alkohol, guter bis sehr guter, noch etwas bitterlicher, straffer Abgang mit kühlem Saft.
