Tart, somewhat vegetable and nutty pome fruit citrus nose with yeasty nuances. Clear, straightforward, tart, juicy fruit, somewhat vegetal and nutty, very elegant acidity, bridged power, good persistence, a hint of olive oil in the background, hint of minerality, very harmonious, very good, fairly firm, tart finish with light juice and nutty notes .
