2004 Rosso Piceno DOC Sangiovese-Montepulciano Duca Guarnero, Marches, Italy

Partly overripe berries and cherries on the nose, herbaceous notes, spicy oak and a light fleshy note. More cool herbaceous notes on the palate, slightly tart fruit, red and black berries, well itnegrated oak, although the tannins are rather sandy, slightly juicy and creamy, modern style, full-bodied, but not particularly deep, good finish.
