2003 Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Tuscany, Italy

Partly dried and preserved red berries and plums on the nose, spicy notes, hint of dried flowers, light roasted notes. Spicy on the palate, restrained. partly dried fruit, light oak, fairly prominent fine dusty tannins, slightly astringent, not particularly deep, noticeable alcohol, attractive finish.
