Fairly deep, slightly spicy nose, partly candied red and black berries, moderate spicy oak, dried floral aromas, some licorice and plums. Firm and tart on the palate, restrained, more juicy fruit on the palate, spicy oak, some licorice, fine sandy, slightly astringent tannins, sugar candy and tobacco on the palate, lots of power and warming alcohol, has creamy and delicate bite, some depth, spicy Appearances, very good finish.
