2003 Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC, Piedmont, Italy

Spicy nose, partly dried, ripe red berries, notes of wilted flowers. More ripe red berries in the mouth, with some plums and roasted, nutty notes, slightly astringent, evenly distributed tannins with good presence, mineral notes, good persistence on the palate, nutty and light roasted and spicy notes on the finish.
