Translate to English Etwas gedeckte und animalische, deutlich wurzelgemüsige, auch speckige Nase mit Aromen von gemischten Beeren und Pfeffer, erdigen Noten und ein wenig Speck. Reife schwarze und rote Frucht mit nussigen, getrocknet-pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen und ein wenig tabakigen Noten, feinsandiges Tannin, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, wärmender Alkohol, etwas Salz, Kakao und Speck am Gaumen, guter bis sehr guter, herber, auch alkoholwarmer Abgang mit gewissem Säurebiss sowie vegetabilen und unterholzigen Tönen.
