Translate to English Ziemlich fester, eher herber Duft nach roten und schwarzen Beeren mit ein wenig Kirschen mit Veilchennoten, Thymian, Salbei, etwas Wacholder und Lakritz, ein wenig Tabak und deutlicher Mineralik. Reife, sehr feste, konzentrierte und saftige Frucht, straffe, jugendliche Tannine und merklicher Säurebiss, etwas Röstung und Lakritz, tief und nachhaltig am Gaumen, kräuterige Nuancen, etwas Kandis und deutliche, salzige Mineralik, viel Griff, noch sehr jung und unentwickelt, ein wenig Bitterschokolade im Hintergrund, frische minzige Töne und ein Hauch Zitruszesten, geschliffen und knackig, sehr guter, straffer, saftiger und etwas holziger Abgang mit reichlich Fenchel. Wird exzellent reifen.
