2006 Moscato di Noto DOC, Sicily, Italy

Candied and dried pineapple on the nose, dried figs, muscat blossom and stone fruit, complex nose with herbaceous notes. Quite elegant on the palate, delicately tart candied Mediterranean fruit and some muscat, slightly bitter herbaceous notes and a hint of coffee, integrated acidity, has some substance, quite complex, not particularly deep, but a very attractive, refreshing style, good long finish.
