2004 Colli Tortonesi DOC Timorasso, Piedmont, Italy

Elegant, even filigree nose with light oak and nutty notes, some candied yellow fruit. Lacks direction on the palate, acid bite and some tannins make the wine a little coarse, moderate fruit, shows no real substance at this stage, acceptable to attractive finish. Nevertheless shows some potential.
