Firm and quite juicy on the palate, clear fruit, noticeable acid bite, still has some carbon dioxide, candied herbaceous notes, hint of chocolate again, fine sandy, racy, original tannins, full-bodied and persistent, very creamy, also has cool notes, hint of citrus in the background, prominent mineral notes, good depth, cedary traces on a very good long finish. Tremendously refreshing in spite of its full body, because of its uncompromisingly unmodern style, totally dedicated to its origins.
