2011 Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Classico L'Amarone della Casa dei Bepi, Veneto, Italy

Translate to English Rauchiger, etwas speckiger und ledriger Duft nach überwiegend schwarzen Beeren und ein wenig Kirschen mit teerigen Noten, getrockneten Suppenkräutern, etwas Laub, Nüssen und erdigen Tönen. Fest gewirkte, herbe Frucht mit rauchigen und bitterschokoladigen Holznoten, etwas Biss, recht straffes, noch ganz leicht trocknendes Tannin, nachhaltig am Gaumen, herbe gewürzige Töne, ganz leicht speckig und wieder kräuterig im Hintergrund, mineralische Anklänge, sehr guter, fester, wieder eher herber Abgang.
