2006 Rosso Piceno DOC Superiore Polittico, Marches, Italy

Fairly open nose, red berries, delicate undergrowth, plums and vegetal notes. Slightly artificial fruit on the palate, delicately tart, preserved light red berries, not particularly complicated or deep, but has some substance, slightly spicy, integrated tannins, approachable and quite refreshing, sweetish berries on an attractive to good finish.
