Shy nose, hint of yellow fruit and very delicate yeasty notes. Quite dry, fairly mature apple fruit, slightly bitter notes of orange in the background, good, creamy mousse, harmonious on the palate with delicate fruit, soft, a little blunt and astringent on the finish.
