2000 Botticino DOC Riserva Opera d'Arte, Lombardy, Italy

Preserved red berries and plums on the nose, light spicy and floral notes, roasted notes. Soft fruit, sweetish and creamy, moderate, very slightly astringent tannins, delicate oaky notes, dried flowers, not particularly deep, noticeable alcohol, herbaceous notes in the background, attractive finish.
