2015 Barbaresco DOCG Pajè, Piedmont, Italy

Clear, youthful, polished, slightly nutty nose, ripe red and some black berries, hint of tobacco, some dried flowers and tart spicy traces. Firmly formed, juicy, ripe fruit with fairly prominent, but very fine tannins and an animating bite, some dried herbs and nutty notes, touch of licorice and tar, dried floral nuances, persistent, has some depth, has freshness, in the background tobacco and Pepper, also mineral notes, very good, firm, juicy finish with bite and touch.
