Slightly meaty, animal-like, slightly peppery and dried herbaceous nose, red and some black berries, earthy notes, mushrooms and a little frankincense. Tart, fairly light-bodied fruit, nutty and clearly reminiscent of frankincense notes, some venison, earthy and vegetal notes, present, mature-sandy tannins, not particularly deep, fairly persistent, slightly peppery, somewhat muted in good to very good, tart style - juicy and nutty finish.

Best to drink: 2018-2024+. What our ratings mean
